Developer Convening

With the South Shore commuter line expansion in Northwest Indiana, One Region, Peoples Bank, and Lake County Economic Alliance (LCEA) are gathering developers of multifamily and mixed-use market-rate housing to share insights about TOD projects along the South Shore double track and West Lake corridor.  We want to learn more about your opportunities and challenges, have candid discussions on the best ways to reach targeted goals for NWI, and discuss programming for the Feb. 28 housing summit.   The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA), Peoples Bank, and LEDO liaison will be available to answer questions.  Sponsored by Peoples Bank
